
As the launch of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S23 series draws nearer, we now have more details about the device courtesy of its TENAA certification. The Galaxy S23 Ultra (SM-G9180) is expected to have a 6.8-inch QHD+ (3,088×1,440 pixels) display, 4G LTE and 5G connectivity, an octa-core processor with three CPU clusters (most likey the Snapdragon 8 Gen2), 8GB/12GB RAM, and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage. This is likely to be a powerful device, with the CPU clocking in at 3.36GHz, higher than the vanilla Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (AB version).
It boasts four rear cameras: a 200MP primary, a 12MP ultrawide, a 10MP 3x telephoto, and a 10MP telephoto with 10x optical zoom that Samsung upscales to 12MP resolution. Not only that, but its certification documents also reveal a 4,855mAh battery, which will be marketed as a 5,000mAh battery, Bluetooth, USB, gyrosensor, proximity sensor, light sensor, under-display fingerprint reader, and face recognition.
