Huawei PC Sales Increases Over 100% In China

Huawei has seen a remarkable increase in the Chinese PC market, according to the latest Q3 2022 PC market share report from Canalys. The company shipped 1026 units of PCs and notebooks in the quarter, with a 7.8 percent market share, compared to 489 units and 3.2 percent share in the same quarter last year – a 109.9 percent year-over-year growth.

Despite coming fifth on the list in terms of sales, Huawei is the only company to post positive numbers on the points table. Lenovo holds first place with 4998 sales and 38.2 percent market share, but has seen a 16.7 percent YoY decline; Dell follows for second place with 1531 unit sales and a 21.4 percent decline; HP comes third with 1237 sales and 17.2 percent market decline.

Huawei has been launching new PC and notebook devices such as the MateStation X all-in-one personal computer with innovative design and technologies, as well as new variants of its laptop MateBook X series featuring latest-gen processors and sleek designs – all of which have been positively received by consumers.
