It’s capable of reaching speeds of up to 6 GHz out of the box thanks to its Thermal Velocity Boost frequency.

But that’s not all. The 13900KS also features a Turbo Boost Max frequency of up to 5.8 GHz and standard turbo frequencies of up to 5.4 GHz for the P-Cores and up to 4.3 GHz for the E-Cores. With all this power at its disposal, it’s no wonder that the 13900KS is able to outperform the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X by up to 15%.

  • Core i9-13900KS 8+16 (24/32) – 3.2 / 6.0 GHz – 66 MB Cache, 150W (PL1) / 253W (PL2)+
