MSI Refreshing Titan GT77 With 4K 144 Hz mini-LED display & i9 HX CPU

MSI is set to unveil an updated version of their GT77 enthusiast laptop as early as January of next year. Although the product name suggests minimal changes to the chassis, the internals will be much improved. Intel’s Alder Lake-HX CPUs, which are mobile series featuring up to 16 cores but a lot closer to desktop CPUs than standard versions. Intel is soon to launch its 13th Gen Core series, including even faster HX series with up to 24-cores (8P+16E cores). The leaked slides only mention the latest Intel HX series and “next-gen GeForce graphics”, which are most likely NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 40 Mobile series. The ultra-high-end TITAN laptop, which can support up to 250W CPU+GPU configurations, should be able to handle the upcoming GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU.

The MSI Titan GT77 will also feature a 4K 144 Hz mini-LED panel. This panel is DisplayHDR 1000-certified, providing 1,008 dimming zones, a peak brightness of 1,000 nits and a 3 ms response time with panel overdrive on. It also offers a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, making it an ideal choice for gamers who demand the highest level of performance. Additionally, MSI’s True Color feature will ensure the highest quality of color accuracy for each and every panel.
