Gigabyte’s filing of five model numbers with the Eurasian Economic Commission a few months ago was the long-awaited confirmation of rumors that the company was partnering with Intel. This was evidenced by the two new Gigabyte Intel Arc graphics cards based on the A380 and A310 GPUs that appeared on the Russian online store, DNS. GIGABYTE confirmed that they would be selling these custom A310 and A380 graphics cards based on Intel Arc-A designs for as low as $170. The appearance of these cards on DNS before any official announcement from Gigabyte has caused some confusion.
It is unclear whether Gigabyte intended to announce the two cards globally, or if they are only intended to be used for their graphics capabilities and not for mining crypto. The latter is unlikely, as Intel and AMD have not been chosen in the past for mining crypto, despite Intel creating a specific card for mining and NVIDIA making alternate cards for the same service.

Gigabyte has designed two custom Intel Arc graphics cards, the A380 and A310 models, based on the ACM-G11 GPU. The more premium A380 model comes in two options – the A380 GAMING OC and the WINDFORCE OC – and offers 8 Xe-Cores with a 6 GB 96-bit memory, as well as overclocking capability and a single six-pin power connector. The A310 model, known as the WINDFORCE GPU, comes with 7 Xe-Cores and 4 GB of 64-bit memory.

Both cards feature a boost clock range of 2350 to 2450 MHz, with the A380 GAMING OC graphics card missing the heatsink typically located behind the third fan. All three cards are relatively affordable, ranging from $10 to $231 after conversion from the ruble. The A380 GAMING and WINDFORCE OC cards cost 14,999 ₽ ($231), and the A310 WINDFORCE costs 10,999 ₽ ($170).
